　　Travelling can take away all the stress from your life. When you travel, you are away from the boring daily routine of your life. you will see new things which give your mind peace. You feel completely relaxed when you see new surroundings, new people, new lifestyles.

　　旅行可以幫助你釋放壓力。當你旅行的時候，會跳出舒適區(qū)，打破常規(guī)的生活節(jié)奏?？匆娦迈r的事物會使你得到一種平靜和放松，比如新的周遭，新的人群，新的生活方式。

　　2. 體驗新文化 Experience new cultures

　　When you go outside and travel to a completely different city or country, you will meet different people. Your mind will change accordingly and you will start accepting the different cultures and people instead of judging them. You might even startadapting to some of the things they do or some food that they eat. Also, when you travel, your own culture also has an influence over others. Thus, the sharing of different cultures will in fact broaden your mind and vision.

　　旅行會讓你體驗新的文化和事物，會使你的思想由你眼前看到的事物變化而變化。你會變得包容，而不是單純的評價他人。并且，你開始帶著你家鄉(xiāng)的文化和禮儀面向新的世界，從中你會增長見識。

　　3. 嘗試新的食物 Try new cuisine

　　When you visit a new country or city, you are bound to come across some food that you have never eaten before. Sometimes the new food that you try is so amazing that you end up asking the recipe for it. So when you are outside, forget watching your calorie count and eat as much as you like. Your taste buds will enhance and you will start eating different types of delicious food once you come back after travelling.

　　當你拜訪新的城市和地區(qū)，你就獲得了一次嘗試新食物的機會。有時候，你會在嘗試完之后，忍不住去追問它的食譜；在你忘記你的卡路里攝入指標的時候，就會嘗試更多的美食，你的味蕾會得到一次自由的盛放。
